The Las Colinas Association is the master Association of the Las Colinas Development. Anyone who purchases property within the deed restricted area of Las Colinas automatically becomes a member of and pays dues to the Association. They may also pay dues to one of the homeowners associations listed here.
Selling or Refinancing Residential Property:
Statement of Account (Residential home or under construction, condo, townhome, villa, or vacant lot) - This document will state the annual assessment amount, period it covers, and any delinquent monies owed. This document will be emailed or faxed to you.

Resale Certificate is one method that the Owner or Owner’s Representative/Agent may obtain information for the sale of properties located within the deed restricted area of Las Colinas and meets the requirements under section 207.003, Texas Property Code. Included with the Resale Certificate are any problems pending against the property, i.e., if the property is not in compliance with the plans approved by the Architectural Control Committee or current Deed Restrictions. It also includes the Association’s Restrictive Covenants, Rules and Regulations, Bylaws, Certificate of Insurance, Operating Budget, Balance Sheet, and a Statement of Account for the property.
$150 Residential home or under construction, individual condo, townhome, or villa
$125 Residential vacant lot
Selling or Refinancing Commercial Property (including Apartment Complexes):
Estoppel Certificate - This document will state the annual assessment amount, the period it covers, any delinquent monies owed, and any problems pending against the property, i.e., if the property is not in compliance with the plans approved by the Architectural Control Committee or current Deed Restrictions. It also gives a current list of the Association’s Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Committee. Upon completion, the certificate is emailed to the owner and owner’s representative. The Association’s owner of record is mailed a copy, and the original may be picked up or sent by FedEx (provide label with request).
