Statement of Account (residential properties only) will state the annual assessment amount, period it covers and any delinquent monies owed. The request will be processed as soon as possible with a goal of completion within a 30-day period. This information will be faxed to you. Statements of Account will not be issued for properties under construction. There is no charge for this statement.

Resale Certificate meets the requirements under Section 207.003, Texas Property Code. The request will be processed as soon as possible with a goal of completion within a 10-day period. The certificate cannot be faxed. You will be contacted to pick up the certificate or it may be mailed. The current document processing fee that is due prior to issuance is as follows:
