Las Colinas Stage 3 Water Restrictions
The City of Irving has implemented Stage 3 water restrictions as part of the city's drought contingency plan. The new restrictions, which became effective Jan. 1, permit Irving water customers to irrigate once per week on designated days according to the street number address. Read the restrictions here.
Residents or businesses observed violating the Stage 3 irrigation restrictions are subject to a warning from the City's Code Enforcement or Water Utilities. After the initial warning, offenders will receive a fine of up to $2,000. Cooperation with the restrictions will help ensure water is available for domestic use, sanitation and fire protection. Please remember that any change in your phone service provider can potentially disrupt your alarm systems' connection with your monitoring service!
Las Colinas Security wants to make sure that everyone knows that VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is not a viable means in which to transmit alarm signals and that the Association does offer alternative methods of monitoring signal transmissions other than through a normal "land-line" telephone service.

If you have changed your phone service provider in the last several months, please test your alarm system. Director and Officer Bios

Rob W. Witte has been a member of the Las Colinas Association Board of Directors since 2006 and currently serves as treasurer.

He is a vice president of Hines, the Houston-based international developer that purchased the remaining 600+/- acres of undeveloped land owned by the Las Colinas Land Limited Partnership. Mr. Witte's real estate industry experience spans 20 years, which includes his 15-year tenure at Hines. A certified public accountant, Mr. Witte received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

He and his wife, Diane, have two sons and have resided in Hackberry Creek for seven years.
