Rakesh Patel opened his law firm The Patel Law Group, PLLC, in Las Colinas in June of 2006. Born in Luton, England and raised in Erick, Oklahoma, Mr. Patel attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a B.B.A in International Business with a minor in Legal Studies. As a student at the University of Denver, he completed his law degree, as well as an International Masters in Business (IMBA) from the Daniels College of Business.
Mr. Patel serves on the boards of the Greater Irving - Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce and the Irving Healthcare Foundation and is a member of the Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Roshni, and their two small children, Ayden and Aryssa, live in Cottonwood Valley.
