The Las Colinas Association was created as a Texas nonprofit corporation on August 22, 1973. Since that time, it has continued to serve as the permanent property owner´s association for the development.  Las Colinas is a 12,000-acre master planned community located within the city of Irving, Texas and fifteen minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Las Colinas is a unique combination of commercial, residential, educational, recreational and retail land uses developed in harmony with the environment. Las Colinas has established itself as one of the premier business addresses in America and as one of the finest places to live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metropolitan area. The Association strives to preserve and enhance the quality of life and property values in Las Colinas through the enforcement of the deed restrictions and delivery of various services which are funded by the membership´s collective annual assessments. Among these are: Architectural / Plan Review, Common Property Maintenance, Community Relations, Alarm Monitoring and Patrol and Accounting services. Every owner of deed restricted property in Las Colinas is a member of the Association and receives these services. For more than thirty years, the Las Colinas Association has supported and enhanced the community´s infrastructure and has drawn on the strength and commitment of its membership to create an excellent quality of life and unique aesthetic beauty unrivaled anywhere. |
